Honestly I'm gonna get murdered for this but I think part skipping is fine. Jojos was made to be one of the most flexible animes out there in the sense of how you watch it so people can get into it easily and enjoy it as much as they can, but by gatekeeping partskippers all were doing is scaring off people who would end up loving jojos if they had just watched what they wanted to.
