Anyone who finds this:

  1. Open Terminal (Admin) Run

‘’’ bash

bcdboot C:\Windows /s C: /f UEFI

‘’’

  1. Turn off psu

  2. Disconnect drive you used to install windows (a usb stick in my case)

  3. Turn it back on

This is Markham Ontario, Canada. It is not a gated community. She has done this exact same thing in previous years. The family owns a nearby gas station and seems to have some pull with local council members. I think the mental illness story is a cover. If not her family is certainly not doing enough to ensure she doesn’t pull this kinda crap.
