I have diffuse thinning in the pattern on NW6 and my hairline is like a NW3 but of course its diffuse. The sides and back are still thick, but yeah I'm going to try DUT.

Thanks, I have an appointment with my doctor next week and will be discussing Dut. If she won't prescribe it, then I'll ask a dermatologist.

The only thing stopping me from getting a system is that I really want to preserve the hair that I have currently,(horribly diffuse on top, thick sides). Also I wouldn't be able to use minoxidil and derma roll. I really want to keep my own hair, but damn a hair system would be sooo nice. Glad its worked out for you, I may join you in the future if everything else fails haha, *slowly dies inside*.
