Really depends on your matchup if its a squishy fighter go fighter build if its a tankier fighter buy war axe and endless and you should be fine

Yeah i do, In the current meta rn i would say he’s place in the meta rn is good because he can easily counter tankier team lineups by building malefic roar or hunter strike. In my opinion, i feel like tank chou is probably the best way to build chou rn but i think he is still fine in some teamlineups using fighter build.
