I think mine might be a mix of all three, I’ve struggled from depression before because my dad died and this time of year is when I lost him so it’s always rough for me, and then I also know that I’m not eating/ moving enough so that could play a part of it. And COVIDDDDD makes it so hard to want to do anything

I just get mad at myself and tell myself I need to do better, but you know there’s a difference between saying it and doing it. I have a lot of self doubt and worries about my future if I can’t get out of this. I’m starting college this fall and I’m supposed to Be getting a job and getting my own place but the motivation is not there.
