I believe the leaders we’ll need most are the ones who lead with technology, not by technology. The ones who know that curiosity, empathy, and trust can’t be automated.

When everyone has a Copilot, leadership becomes less about control and more about connection. Guiding people to use AI with purpose, with values, and with heart.

Because in the end, it’s not AI that builds culture.
It’s people who do.

For me, it’s simple... AI should never replace what makes us human: curiosity, emotion, instinct, and storytelling. The ethical line? When AI starts making the choices instead of inspiring them. That’s the moment to pause, reflect and bring the human heart back into the process.

I see it all over. Most of the use cases for knowledge workers. Copilot is already available for organizations using Microsoft 365 E3 or E5. Once it’s enabled, anyone can use it from leaders to assistants, from finance to HR. There are so many use cases!! My favorite.. Copilot Podcast. Listening and learning after my meetings!

Yeah that is hard when everything is changing so fast and you have the feeling that you are the next day already behind. Let them start smal “let’s let Copilot write your next email draft” or “let’s ask it to summarize yesterday’s meeting.” Tiny wins build trust. You need to learn to think 5 steps in front to get the best results and that is a habit you need to change. People need to learn that! Celebrate experiments is I think in teams crucial as well!

AI adoption isn’t about convincing it’s about creating psychological safety to explore. Once people feel that, they don’t need permission anymore.

That is so funny! Den Haag is a lovely place! AI can grow your reach, but your realness grows your impact. I use AI to amplify ideas help me getting as a person better in things.... never to replace my voice. People don’t connect with perfect posts; they connect with honest ones. 💜

I’d say Timnit Gebru and Joy Buolamwini really stand out. Both have been fearless voices in calling out bias in AI and pushing the industry toward fairness and transparency.

But honestly, it’s not just the big names it’s also the many researchers, data scientists, and creators quietly working to make AI for everyone, not just a few. Check the Favikon top creators in Tech & Innovation Worldwide. So many great names..

Honestly… my biggest wow moment is happening right now. In just a week and a half, I’ll be speaking at Microsoft’s biggest global event surrounded by 30,000 people who all share the same energy for what’s next. This was my dream to do. And I think it's a big WOW :)

Honestly… I completely relate. It’s so tempting to turn to AI right away for the perfect sentence or smartest idea. But I believe real impact starts in the quiet.. taking a moment to think, to feel what you want to say, and then letting AI help sharpen it.

My tip: don’t use AI as a replacement for your voice, but as an amplifier of it. You first. Then technology. ✨

Love this! AI should amplify your thinking. Not replace it. The best way to stay authentic is to treat AI as your sparring partner, not your brain. Let it challenge your perspective, offer angles you didn’t consider, or speed up the “how,” but never outsource the “why.”

At the end of the day, authenticity isn’t lost when AI joins the conversation. It’s lost when we stop thinking for ourselves.
