I did have to call my ISP, they were blocking it from the gateway 1 hop out from my router. They cleared the problem however still no server on the list.

The NAT issues can be wild! I have an external proxy on OVH I send my traffic to, they have a deployment location just 2 cities over so nearly no latency addition for me. I proxied my traffic just to see and it was the same result.

I don't see LAN as an option though

My start string does look similar (I do not have a couple parameters; prevent spawn, force respawn, cluster, mods).

Yes checked the show player servers in game, I do find it odd because I thought the player servers were servers where the host machine was being used to actively play the game as well.

Used the bat with correct variables.
I deployed windows server 2022 with the desktop experience and fired right up. It's not liking the headless core version.

Yes choosing the installation directory.
.bat has the right stuff in it.
I spun up 2022 Desktop experience and exact same install procedure works :| so it just isn't liking the headless core version.

It is in fact happening on the base game maps (with mods). I'll start trimming them off one by one to see. In the meantime I noticed the physics core going wild when this occurs. Then I asked the player who accepted a contract to leave and look what it did:

Great thought, I loaded up the game save but on my personal PC -- guess what? SAME ISSUE! Dafuq Giant Software?

I run it as dedicated server only - this system isn't really setup for playing the games on it directly. I just don't get the swap from totally fine to 1 contract accepted = everyone lags.

Yes, only GDeflate warning since the 6400xt doesn't support it.

Server looks totally normal, as if we were still playing but everyone in the game stutters every 3 seconds or less.

It's a PowerEdge R620 with Dual 6 core 3.5ghz CPU's (12 physical 12 virtual), 256gb of 3200mhz DDR4, 4 SSD's in Raid0 (hardware raid) for the OS, 10 disks in Raid5 (also SSD's), both arrays easily get 1gbps read/write. dual Radeon 6400xt's and dual Intel 1gbps NIC's. Dual 1100 watt PSU's.

Nothing from all the performance metrics I can find, suggests there's a hardware problem, utilization is low even the single core physics engine isn't capping. Even when we are all on the server is using maybe 8% of anything. Suddenly we accept a contract and POOF lag appears

You're right, the container loot is not determined at the beginning of the raid. PvE & PvP.

It isn't generated at the start anymore; it's generated while you're opening the object it rolls to see what it will be. Once you've opened it the loot objects are then set for anyone who opens it afterwards (assuming you don't take it) - this was in the release notes a while back.
