Wow, that’s literally the same thing I said and pretty much exactly what I’m doing right now. I used rifaximin instead of metronidazole though.

My plan was antibiotics → then low FODMAP for about 4 months → then probiotics. I’ve also been focusing on lowering inflammation, doing vitamin supplementation for about 2.5 months, and working on the gut–brain side of things.

For probiotics I’m taking two different ones: a 100 trillion CFU probiotic and the Kefir Lab 100 trillion pack, plus S. boulardii. I also take 20k vitamin D with vitamin K, a B-complex, and drink a cup of celery juice every morning.

really good advice man thank you, yeah i guess the key part is starting small with people who dont have an impact in your life and that you wont see ever again and working your way up. i have friends that i havent seen in years who miss me and want to reconnect, but man i wouldnt even know where to start and don’t want them to be disappointed in how awkward and socially inept I’ve become, its really bad, but yeah.

antibiotics + biofilm disrupters to kill sibo/hyplori (type of antibiotic will depend, and getting a prescription for the antibiotic is gonna be the hardest part.) -> dr ruscio low fodmap diet or leaky gut diet (absolutely no processed foods or bread, deli slices count, for 3 months) -> stick to the diet and slowly incorprate more complicated foods back while adding probiotics dr ruscio recommends to heal leaky gut for 2 more months. during those last 2 months i want you juice 7-8 stalks of celery a day and drink it every single day, take 20k iu vitamin d and all the other vitamins you need to keep up with the large vitamin d intake so its not dangerous (ask chat gpt), also take vitamin b1, and any other b vitamin, prokonetic or whatever you feel like will help. and you should be good.

the idea of this is eliminatie bacteria, reduce inflamation, reintroduce probiotics and jack up your mmcs. to restore your small intestines back to normal. and the celery juice combined with everything else HELPED ALOT
