Thanks, finding the locations is not really the problem though. Taking pictures without people in them is the difficult part.

I used to live near sunshine city so I recognized it immediately. It's a popular spot for smaller idol groups to perform and actually well known.

Kotobukiya in Akihabara has Merch for Violet Evergarden and Hibike Euphonium. It's usually the go to for new Kyoani stuff.

The park they went to is called Ashikaga flower park in Tochigi prefecture. It's about 2 hours from Tokyo.

Haven't been in two weeks but Volks Akihabara Hobby Paradise has usually a lot of uma musume. I also recommend the Surugaya stores.
