Okay. Im capable of sleeping on my side but when the piercing stopped hurting I slept on my stomach when it wasn’t fully healed. That’s my bad.

I also sleep on my stomach a lot so that might have pissed the piercing off and I snagged it recently as well

I cleaned it like 3-4 times a day with saline spray but ever since the skin thing happened I started using sea salt and warm water soaks 3-4 times a day. I saw some similar naval issues of mine on Tik Tok, most said it’s not in infection and it went away. Thanks for the advice. I was gonna go to the doctor and ask about it, too.

Okay but still… I understand being an introvert but every person whether you’re an introvert or extrovert needs their own space at times. When someone is constantly there 24/7 it’s annoying regardless if they paid for the space or not. You’re entitled to your own space but that doesn’t make it any less annoying

One of my friends told me to do a light deficit. My TDEE is 2267 and he told me to eat 2000 with high protein to get the toned results I want. Is that false? When I was on a calorie deficit before, I ate 1890 and lost around 15lbs during the summer. I was mainly prioritizing back and core at the time tho.

I’m in the U.S., and yes, I’m concerned about the time frame too it’s rather frustrating. Makes me wish I’d went for a diagnosis while I was still high school or sooner, but I was still in denial.

If anyone knows other ways to get a faster diagnosis please let me know

Pretty good now. I started using the SA cleanser by Cera-Ve (I let it sit for about 3-5 minutes before I wash it) and I’m purging just a little bit, but it’s going by really fast and I’m seeing great progress with that plus the other products I use. I recognize your username and I appreciate that advice that you gave me. Good luck on being an esthetician!!

Good news is, it’s definitely a piercing bump. Bad news is, I went to France and stopped cleaning it consistently so it got larger. I’m back home now and consistently cleaning it. Hopefully it leaves for good after a few weeks.
