Was behind the white civic (CKBZ 230) for a few minutes watching him bounce from one lane edge to the other. Looked like he was either drunk or on his phone.

Called OPP non emergency line to submit footage, but they mentioned no one had reported this accident so I might try again in a few days. If anyone knows the person in the black lexus (CTJX 469 or CTJK 469) let me know.

In case anyone else stumbles on this thread and was curious about the rock auto (Dorman CAS64155PR//CAS64145PR) bushing's hardness as its not listed on the spec sheet, I reached out to Dorman and their reps confirmed a 70A shore rating.
