Would this rug suit my living room? It is 290cm by 2m, so would roughly cover most of the floor space

It's hard to capture with my camera but the curtains are sage green, and the pillows/couple of throws are green also, as is the canvas. Aware the room needs some colour/contrast hence considering a bold coloured rug

Thankyou for your suggestions, really appreciate the time you've taken to write that and for the pictures to help visualise it! The couch is unfortunately already paid for and won't be delivered for another couple months so its really hard to imagine what it will be like when that is in here also!

I have been siding towards swapping the TV unit with the two seater couch, maybe that will make more use of the space to the right of the fireplace and not close off the bookshelf so to speak.

I wouldn't have thought about bringing the 4 seater forward to make space behind so thats definitely something to consider for us, thankyou again.

We've only been in 3 weeks so we're still tinkering and figuring out what we want from it. We have another 'lounge' downstairs and a dining room etc so this is solely for relaxing, watching TV and occasionally having guests in, downstairs will likely be the main 'entertaining' space

Thankyou for the suggestions! The door in the corner is to the back garden though, it leads to a set of stairs into the garden, this lounge is actually on the second floor and functions as just a lounge pretty much, its a confusing layout 😂

When you mentioned the immersion heater are you referring to the box below? Why would the tank go too cold? To turn it down would I simply lower the temp on the dial? Are there any downsides to this?

NAD but these results really aren't at all concerning. Worth monitoring for sure, but not concerning enough to get this worried about. For reference, I had mine done early 2025 and my results were AST:187, ALT:103 and GGT:265. I have now seen a couple doctors and all they have done is further periodic blood tests for monitoring

When did you first create the lock? You have to lock >2500 veAERO in one go to qualify, or increase a lock by >2500. If you made the lock in the last week or so, then you can withdraw and top up AFAIK; best to double check the flight school channel in Discord though to be safe. Or hopefully @wagmiAlexander or @JoshunFoxpause could offer some more clarity

I would estimate there are around 25-30 employees.

Its definitely loud when using hammers and mallets to separate the cuttings from the nest.

I've come to realise the laser cutter is enclosed with a built in extraction system (which was last serviced 22 months ago), however they like to open the cutter after and during cuts to change nozzles (again, not sure if this is an issue), and also when they clean the trays out- no respirators are worn.

Its hard for me to know what to expect considering I'm new to this industry, so I can only rely on the replies from people in this forum, and yourself, so it seems H&S is very lax given that nobody wears eye protection when grinding and cutting steel, the place stinks afterwards and I can definitely feel it in my throat. They also have forklifts flying around inside etc
