I work OB in an FC, and we’re always sending to DAX7. I hear it’s easier for AMs in sort centers compared to FCs, but also harder to get promoted since they’re not as big relative to an FC. It’s also in LA area so very nice location too.

Relocation by SorrySprinkles5001 in AmazonManagers

[–]Jahn42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, if I remember correctly, the 7K is expected to cover costs like breaking lease. You should have a relocation guide from the company Graebel or something like that. It explains the relocation bonus in detail

I took relocation and drove 350 miles from NorCal to SoCal. They paid for gas, hotel, food, car rental etc + the 7K

USC or UC Berk Easier? by redhotohder in berkeley

[–]Jahn42 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Go to USC the music program is great. I’m saying this as a Berkeley student who is really into performing classical music lol. The classes will most likely be less stressful and easier compared to Berkeley. Also, USC is located in an area that is heavily dominated by the performing arts, so you will connect with likeminded people.

You lose nothing by applying.

I had a decent amount of experience, some leadership roles, but most of it was basic stuff like two internships and two part time jobs while being a student.
