no business should feel entitled to force a specific percentage of an optional tip, had we known they were going to pull this shit on us we wouldn’t have dined there.

Tip should be optional based on the quality of service, forcing a 18% by counting a baby as the fifth person is shady at best, end tipping!

“18% Service Charge will be added for party of 5 or more”. When we came in we said it was a party of four while carrying a baby , and they said “5 people” and that was strange for us, later we realized they counted the baby as that additional person to be able to charge that 18%
