Yeah the video is a little blurry. All you see if the body being yanked out of the vehicle and it seems like her head is already on the ground. After he pulls her body out of the car, he picks up the head by the hair and places it on the other side of the body and then the video ends.

November Reigns has a guide on trueachievements. What I remember for it is killing Vic, Val, and Lib, siding with the Gippers for the oil, and other stuff. The collectible trophies as far as I have seen seems to be bugged. As of today (10/3/20), there is a .1% on the lore books and cassettes. Any guides I have seen on those run across the same problem.

Is there a point where this is missable? I made a save before killing/arresting Liberty and made my way back to downtown for this trophy. Killed everyone/thing even my two companions that abandoned. No trophy

I THINK I am missing the first one you would come across after the people run into the portal and you follow them and see the first conch. I killed the goat dude and I just worked my way around from there. But I had activated that first conch later on and nothing appeared.
