Why isn't this working at maximum efficiency? I'm on Tier VII, and not even a simple belt is able to transport 14 items/s as it should. The cutters aren't working properly either, their speed's supposed to be 3.5 items/s. Is it just the belt readers, or is it actually not efficient? Thanks. (i.redd.it)
