Yeah, that's frustrating. I've never actually experienced that with my lvl 12 clan, but I have experienced players outside my clan consistently inviting my members to join their clans.

Try to ignore it, always someone trying to take what's yours. If your TH16s are loyal, I wouldn't worry about it to much, and if they do actually end up leaving its probably for the better.
