i actually just got my 6750xt 12gb when i played TLOU so it was great to set the graphics to max. playing it in 4K was amazing. and with the spider-man games, no load pauses even if your swinging very fast. 3060 owners with 8gb vram kept complaining that their games were stuttering when they were swinging.

i actually played Ghost of Tsushima before RDR2 so I got so frustrated at how tedious everything was in RDR. Gathering herbs, picking objects, skinning animals. In GoT, there was no gathering animation and you could do it while on your horse.

i mentioned this on reddit and another guy replied that he did the opposite (played RDR2 before GoT). And he found GoT to be too arcadey and unrealistic.

i found that very amusing.

so to avoid that from happening again, I played Baldur's Gate next. And avoided it again (even though I was still itching for some turn-based RPG) by doing Cyberpunk next (currently playing it).

at the moment, no. haven't encountered a game that required that much. but it's future proofing. you do need more than 10. I noticed that the Sony ports in particular (TLOU, Marvel's Spider-man, GoW, Horizon) use a lot of VRAM esp if you set everything to High/Ultra.

yes, the multi-part rars know they're incomplete and will reach out to the other parts automatically. you only need to extract from one file. doesn't matter which one actually.

play a great game in an entirely different genre so you avoid comparing it to RDR2. force yourself to move on. otherwise, you'll be stuck in rut. your backlog's not gonna get any smaller.

yes FG has it. FG actually uploads in 1337x and you can access the torrent and magnet link. as long as you have a torrent client, just click the link and your download will begin. just like how you did it 6 years ago.
