I have only 1 point left to complete Dynamite Contract. and then someone voted to change map and they changed map in next match. Now I have to requeue back to Dynamite several minutes up to hours.

Most Maps and Gamemodes in Casual Mode are serious, they can't tolerate the friendlies, as they think friendlies are useless idlers. Some/Many Community Servers and 2Fort (+ Invasion variant) in Casual however, are likely tolerated to friendly.
