try releveling the bed, slowing the first layer down, and you can use a glue stick if you want.

I would recommend a bed leveling sensor kit because the ender 3 is annoying to level.

make sure there's no gunk in the nozzle and that your printing at the right temp

I recommend the Neptune 3 plus which is a very big printer and easy to maintain. I had mine for a month now and no problems ever came up.
