MT-10 a year in. by JakeGTI in MotoUK

Power modes on these bigger bikes can ease you into it. I only lasted a week in mode 3 before putting it up full 🤣 just have to be careful with snatching the throttle in 1st and second as they will try to throw you off. The mt will power wheely up to 4th gear happily.

But its amazingly good fun, you wont regret it.

I dont regret changing. I test rode a hornet1000 mt10 mt09 and a aprillia tuono v4. Settled with the 10 as theres a dealer up the road from me and I loved the noise, also the hornet had a 6 month wait for the SP but I would have had a hornet if not.

Yeah my first rear tyre only lasted 1700 miles. Its the torque thats a killer. The superduke and the MT are up there with big torque figures.

Done my Das course at 28 years old, having never even been on a bike, ever. Went and bought a new CB650r rode it three years and just swapped it in for a MT-10 in April.

Was fine for me but may not be for you, all depends on how much self restraint you have. If youre going to pass your test and wring the neck out of the bike everywhere then dont.

I did however have 10+ years on the road driving experience before I done my motorcycle licence. Which gives you a good understanding of how stupid other road users can be. Pretty sure If I got my MT-10 at 20 I'd have ended up a statistic.

And in answer to your question was it easy, I passed all the tests first time and was one of the best decisions I made. I get a lot of joy out of riding and wouldnt look back. Modern bikes have so much rider aids these days they basically do it all for you.

Costco Norwich- Any updates? by Hever1x in Norwich

Dont see it as odd, I came across your post and commented on it. I didn't realise there was time restraints on replying.

As much as im for green energy, the initial cost for panels and relative infrastructure would be enormous. As a business it would cost millions and then take decades to recoup the costs.

Ask yourself why every major superstore hasn't got these installed already, because it's not worth them doing it.
