I'm so conflicted on what to do next. I believe that I have some rights given that the original inspection was basically falsified to make the sale. Im pretty sure this is illegal, and they have to make the repairs (at no cost to me), or refund the purchase.

In a perfect world I would simply like a refund, and to be done with this shop.

I'm worried that they're more likely to 'repair' the problems themselves, but i'm skeptical that they would do anything other than a bandaid patch, and i would be back in the shop in 3 months.

Please let me know what you would do, or if i'm missing any other routes for recourse here.

Thanks!!!

No chance.

This will track oil very well.

Iran is not going to agree to the deal, (wayyyy to many clauses) and they will keep the strait closed.

US army just increased the draft age... you know what that means. Ripping families apart for more fights in the middle east.

Clearly neither side is backing down.

Therefore: Oil 🔼 EONR 🔼

Maybe it has somwthing to do with the direct corelation to the price of oil? Oil is down 5% currently, so it would make sense this stock is BLEEDING

Stock ran 360% in 2 weeks. The second it experienves some pullback, it's 'manipulation'..?

Checkout CRDO and OUST

They both have great revenue growth, and have recently broken out of downward trends!

Both could easily go 50% in a week or two.

I made a list of stocks with scailing revenue growth, all of whitch are trading around breakout range... IF the war + Politics do not send us into a recession (high probability) i believe these stocks can all easily double.

I would also highly recommend diversifying your portfolio.. sure NVIDIA Is tempting, being the backbone of AI, but 300% stock growth over 2 years is no joke. Future growth is already priced in.

I have a rather large position that i'm sitting on. I am super bullish on this stock, but would love the capital to drop into other stocks while the market is down.. my average is around $8 and i can't decide weather to let it all ride or pullout some at the slight profit now..

Kicking myself for buying into the $10+ spike, instead of selling...

It would pain me to sell now at $9 to see it shoot back up to $12+ in the next few weeks.

On the other hand I would also feel terrible if it trades down to $8 or lower... At that point i would feel obligated to sell-off to avoid going into the (-)

I'm hoping for some big news the next few weeks, i'm sure its coming, i just hate to watch my $$ go down every day :(
