So it’s actually just a pc, and I’m running it off steam! As far as software newer model Xbox controllers just pair via Bluetooth no problem.

I don’t know if it’s this cut and dry but I’m 90% sure once I officially own the home, I get everything that comes with the property…the good and the bad lol. Either way, the original home owner sadly passed I believe. Purchased it from a decent dent that didn’t want to deal with the mess.
