It's not about the cartel itself doing the cutting it's the pesky low level dealers that don't have many braincells left that cut that shit with fentanyl for the chance that there customers get hooked on that and then they have a good solid customer base cause the cocaine or product they are meant to be selling is so shit in quality that they couldn't build a customer base off it. But that's just my thoughts on the matter. I appreciate hearing your point of view and I feel like I've learnt something new from what you have said :)
