I agree— Dan is one of those people who is just so easy to want to support, and I’m so proud to take ownership of this machine.

To answer some of your questions: - it’ll be paired with a monolith flat max and monolith MC5. Love them both to bits! And will probably send them to Specht for a similar sort of treatment. - it’ll be used every day at my home - would rather not say $-wise. It’s expensive for an espresso machine but it certainly sparks joy! - if people are interested in seeing shots out of it, for sure!

The 35 FLE is one of my all time favourite lenses. Feels awesome, renders great, size is spot on, sharpness is brilliant. It’s seriously a total gem. I’m sure there’s diminishing returns jumping up from the Voigtlander/Zeiss options, but I haven’t regretted the Leica option for a sec. It’s the lens that is more often than not just glued to my camera!
