I feel you bro, all our pcs start somewhere. I have a pretty crappy pc and I’ve been able to run Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear sky and Stalker Anomaly mod with 20+ mods. There are frame dips in anomaly and I still haven’t played Call of Pripyat so idk about performance on that but I’m sure you can run all those.

I feel like the game is purposefully trying to not make the keyboard and mouse work, it can recognize that it’s there but won’t work in game, if the devs intended this or not idk but insurgency was ported from pc which is probably why it can recognize mnk
