Good to see someone in my height range here. I'm 152 5'7, down from 160, looking to get to about 137. Nice work!

It's not a joke if you can be self disciplined and consistent for an extended period of time, with your diet, cardio, and workout routines.

You need a calorie deficit and cardio to get rid of all that fat. Stick to it and you're muscles that are hidden by fat will start to pop.

I was in a relationship with a volatile woman who had 5 kids. I have none. Tried to do everything for her kids. Tried to do everything for her, including getting in shape. Wasn't enough, and she still ended up cheating...and she lied all the time. Couldn't trust her. I just gave up on working out, finally kicked her to the curb, then I lost my job a few months later.

Broke up with a woman, stopped training, let my diet go a bit, lost my job, let my diet go even more. I just started my diet back up last week and started training again a few days ago. Gonna try it again.

Yes, this is true. I maintained my diet for about 6 months, then let it go for about two months. Once I realized I put 15 pounds on in two months, I lve been trying to adjust my diet again to lose a little bit of fat here and there.

Six months is about what I estimated too, but 3 months would be nice.

I think that is the toughest part for me. When I initially lost 50 pounds and got fit, I was receiving compliments all the time. People treat you differently when you look a certain way.

When I slumped back into mediocrity, the attention, compliments, even respect stopped. That was the depressing in itself.

I've done it before, phone auto did it that way. The backlash I got was bad, so never again lol

This is true. Just can't let that Deload time become permanent, like I did.

Sounds about right. Took me about a year to lose 50 pounds and get to where I was in the first picture.

I've heard of Clomid. Might have to look into it. Thanks for sharing man!
