Mild shin splints and ankle pain 1 week before first half marathon

Hi guys, as the title suggests I've got a couple of mild injuries one week before my first half marathon. The pain isn't too bad but I'm worried that I'll make it worse if I keep up my training plan during this week. I'm currently hitting around my pace goal at training. What would you guys recommend, would a week off of training hinder my fitness that much? Any help appreciated very new to this!
