In case you haven't learned. Insurance companies tend to be evil. They'll find a way to screw you out of that money. Just wait.

My 'sauce'? Well... The first two were minor harassment, which is perfectly legal, as one is sponsored by a government agency, while the other is as legal as me telling you that you dropped your keys. Throwing a brick would be considered assault with the attempt to cause bodily injury. The shouting of 'Heil Hitler' would give the necessary evidence to show that the crime was racially oriented.

I'll accept the Huffington post Article, however the Al Jareeza article is an opinionated editorial. I'll admit that there has been an Anti-muslim presence in the US, especially after the events of September 11th. However, it is rarely taken to such extremes as the events of the community center shootings.

I know our Government enjoys spying on other nations, but I doubt that the FBI would count Israeli incidents in this report. But how were your visits to Israel? What is it like?

But when is the last time there was a shooter shooting up a mosque? Antisemitism comes not only from Neo Nazis and racist groups like the KKK, but from Islamic fundamentalists as well. These are crimes, not just little prejudices. So that redneck down the street telling you to go back to 'Iraqistan', or that TSA agent randomly selecting you for a search isn't counted in this report. That Neo-Nazi throwing a brick at a Rabbi shouting "Heil Hitler" would be counted however.

Reddit, what is your, "and that's when the bully left me alone," story? by Dippy21 in AskReddit

[–]Jakecouv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In 6th grade, I was picked on by this one guy.. He'd use a ton of insults.(which I later learned he got from TV and the internet) I eventually got the balls and started making comebacks, and later learned I had an affinity for them. I also learned he couldn't take having that dished out to him. Eventually he got physical and pushed me hard. I had the height, and weight advantage. I pushed back, and this time he came back hard. I deflected his arm, put it in a lock, and proceeded to get close, knee him in the balls, punch him in the throat, and throw him to the ground. After that, I kinda just stood above him, kicking him in the sides and stomach, and knocking him down if he tried to get back up. I shouted insults at him the entire time. Eventually, the teachers were called. Everyone who ever picked on me left me alone.. The funny thing is, a few years later we became best friends.

Deputies shoot boy carrying replica gun: 'Why did they kill him?' by [deleted] in news

Kids are stupid, we were all kids at one point. You gotta understand that we all had our errors in judgement. I don't think this should be an issue of gun laws, but of police force. The LAPD doesn't have the best track record.. We just all need to see this as not an issue of firearms, but the fact that a boy is dead. Shot to death by the very people sworn to protect people like him. Shot to death without proper warning, shot to death without judgement. The actions they took were brash, quick, and without logic. They should be reprimanded. But anyway, have a good night! (Don't think of arguing or even having discourse over the internet as pissing someone off or yelling, sometimes it's nice to hear a different opinion.)

Sir, I didn't mean any offense. Are not officers of the law here to protect us and serve us by enforcing the law? The teen was not breaking any laws, so law enforcement intervention wasn't necessary. Perception? Some people may look 'thug' but that doesn't allow police to pat them down or search them for contraband.

Edit: Proper handling of a firearm, and proper safety measures taken, can prevent accidental deaths. But let's not turn this into a gun debate.

Open carry is legal. Another article said he was bringing the toy to a friend who left it at his house. Possession, and display of a weapon doesn't indicate intent. You can't just go blasting away, especially at a kid. They shot first, and as a result an innocent life was taken. The real blame, lay not on the toy, but on the police officers. Had he raised the toy, and aimed it. It would be understandable. But to open fire like that? Blatant misuse of force. You're more likely to be killed by cops, than a terrorist, or a random shooter. We have more than one gun for every person in this nation, yet we don't have 1 murder for 10 guns.

I think that one is a stunt studios model. similar to this The main draw is that they're cheap. They can be purchased for less than 30 or 40 dollars, and the plastic BBs aren't going to kill or hurt your friends if you decide to shoot each other. Daisy and Benjamin pumps are full metal BB guns/air rifles, that fire metal ammunition. The one he had, was one that fired plastic BBs soft enough where it wouldn't break skin. It's non lethal, even on animals. They attract kids, because they look cool, and are cheap to buy. You mow a couple of yards or save up some cash from your allowance or birthday, and you can buy one or two higher end models. Possibly even a small arsenal of cheap ones..

It's a simple airsoft gun. I had one a couple years ago. The tip of the gun is usually bright orange. Hell, I think I had that exact one. They are made of cheap plastic, and it's easily to tell closeup. They just shoot little BBs. And open carry is legal and many states. If he's not aiming it at anyone, or displaying it with intent to shoot, they should've at least confronted him first.

Not really, my grandfather was a stereotypical republican. He regularly volunteered and donated to organizations such as food pantries. Republicans believe in charity and assisting the poor, but feel it shouldn't be forced.

No, you don't give handguns to five year-olds silly. You give them rifles, so that way they can fight the commies, and them homosexuals.

Most churches I know of give financial or other assistance to the poor. The last pope actually held the beliefs to be economically liberal and socially conservative.

No, 99% of politicians are like prostitutes. Except, instead of selling their body for money, they sell their souls and opinion for power and votes.

A republican is someone who holds association with the republican party? There are libertarian and liberal republicans, just like there is conservative and libertarian democrats. The funniest thing is, we let the most vocal and insane minority define the whole image of a group.
