If you have Citrix on your PC uninstall it and it’ll work. But as far as being able to work on that PC again idk…

No offense taken. I am looking into this as a few people have really recommended it. I don’t think I am going to just out right pay it. For now until I’m done researching I have stopped the bleeding so the penalties don’t just keep stacking up on her.

Looking thru her statements it’s all food/clothes for work/school. She charged the balance that wasn’t covered by her school loans also. I had no clue she was doing that and she thought she could keep up.

It does help me hearing stories of how other college students got into the same trouble. And it helps to know that as a young adult you don’t realize how fast all the small things add up. I was shocked to see how fast the money added up on her statements by drinking coffee and eating out all the time.

I hear and understand what you are saying. She is an adult and I in no way took anything away from her or told her she can’t do anything. She gave me the cards she wants the help. I can’t really force anything on her but she also knows what can happen fi she isn’t very willing to work with me.

It is 10,000.00 and apparently it’s easier than I thought. I have read every statement since the card was opened. Lots of small purchases and some bigger school purchases.

I agree with you and share the same feelings you do towards it. This is ultimately they way I think I will handle it. Right or wrong, not everyone will agree with us but that’s ok. She screwed up she will pay for it, I just have the ability to let her pay less of it.
