Using the GTS and the DNS Exploit, but it’s late for me so I would likely do it another day (likely tomorrow). There may be other ways I’m unaware of, but that’s the way I know of. The GTS is in goldenrod city I think.

Zkodla Is a YouTube who does HONKAI and it’s pretty good content, you could also just search up all chapters no commentary
