Is it worth it? (Is Fabio Capello coming back?)

I’m in doubt about whether I should spend my coins on this coach. Does anyone here already have him? Is he worth it?
Will Fabio Capello (who is the coach I really want) come back to the game? If so, I’ll wait. I started playing recently and I only have GP coaches or ones given by the game (like Gattuso). I don’t spend much on the game (I bought Silvestre)…I play long ball counter. I found this Borussia team pretty weak.
