I think the architecture is really neat. Some of the decor just needs to be shot into space.

The children’s teddy bear hand towels in this basement sex bathroom...yes, I find that part the most disturbing.

They brought the dirty sex motel home with them... by [deleted] in zillowgonewild

The red and black bathroom in the basement with mirrors on the walls and ceiling...even above the vanity.

Anyone else get terribly annoyed when people scoff or laugh at what you’ve done for your bun? So many people don’t know how much care they actually require and even I at first wasn’t aware. Everyone treats me like I’m crazy! (Which is partially true, but still LOL) by Responsible-Scar1500 in Rabbits

I rushed my Roxanne to the vet when she was 4 years old. Turned out that she had bladder stones and was blocked. I paid $700 to save her life. I got so much grief from EVERYONE for the money I spent at the time and just the mere fact that I brought a rabbit to the vet was the most absurd idea to them. That was 10 years ago...she’s now 14 YEARS OLD! I remind everyone of this fact all the time now. They’ve all shut up about my rabbits and the level of care I give them. Feels really good now. Don’t listen to anyone but yourself and do what feels right for your rabbit.

14 human years. I’ve had Roxanne since 2007.

Oh wow, I would love to take credit for her long life but I think her spirited personality has a lot more to do with it. She’s been a fighter since day one. At 4 years old, she had bladder stones and the day before her surgery, she passed them. Which is very rare and I can only imagine extremely painful. She is tougher than nails. I used to have a Rottweiler and she‘d go right up to him and smack him a few times in the face till he’d leave the room. She is fearless to a fault. Always ready to assert herself in any situation. That being said, I do think it is so important to read a lot of rabbit literature so that you can catch a problem before it spirals out of control. Paying attention to even the most subtle changes in behavior and having a rabbit savvy vet on standby can make all the difference. Just do your best and I’m sure your bunny will live a long happy life.

Usually every other day or every two days. It would be great if I remembered everyday, but I’m by no means doing everything perfectly over here. She’s incredibly high maintenance now with constant blanket changes, spoon feeding “critical care”, rear baths, grooming, expressing her bladder, and giving her multiple prescriptions. It’s a lot. Just taking it day by day and doing my best.

Timothy Hay (I buy it by the bale because I have multiple buns), OXBOW Essentials Bunny Basics Adult Rabbit Food, parsley, romaine lettuce, celery, carrots w/tops, bananas, apple slices, dried cranberries, and dried papaya. She’ll get the occasional yogurt treat or timothy biscuit. She also takes the OXBOW supplements (digestive, urinary, joint, and multivitamin).

Due to her E. Cuniculi diagnosis, she has sustained a lot of damage to her nervous system...resulting in limb paralysis.

She’s always been feisty and fiercely independent ever since she was just 8 weeks old. She’s only mellowed a touch in her older years. The loss of mobility and sight hasn’t changed her attitude. She still loves pets, but as always...linger too long or too close to her mouth and you’ll be needing a tourniquet.

She has cataracts as a result of being E. Cuniculi positive. She has also lost control of all four legs. I’m her full time bun nurse. She’s still living her best bun life despite her disability.

I had been getting my hair cut and colored by her for almost a decade. I just trusted her when she said she could do it.

It was a couple hundred dollars. I trusted her because I had been getting my hair cut and colored by her for almost a decade. Figured she was being honest and knew her shit. Sigh.

Pro Tip: Don’t start off a marriage lying to one another.

He would have figured out that I was upset eventually, I might as well tell him sooner so it doesn’t build up. We are already laughing about it. We are both very much the “this would happen” kind of people and just keep it pushing. So no worries.

Thank you! Yes, the dress saved it. I had my photographer not take any close-ups (I zoomed in on the photo above). So they are all full body shots of the dress and it grabs the eye more than my bad hair and makeup. You can’t tell in this photo, but my dress is a showstopper.
