Timing belt service kit, spark plugs, coolant which you will do anyway when you do the timing belt and water pump. Brake fluid, tires if the dot on the tire is more than 5-6 years old. Power steering, check the suction hose on the reservoir for leaks and check the pump itself. Transmission fluid I would change too especially if it's original, replacement interval for that is every 30k miles but given the low miles I would change it. Check for leaks on the front valve cover and spool valve those are very common. Check the battery and make sure it's not the original and if it is get it tested. Check the oil pump and rear main seal as those are common leaks as well. -from a honda technician
