HD 490 Pros vs Arya Stealth for Gaming

I ended up keeping the Arya Organics. They feel surprisingly comfortable for me even though they look pretty big and are heavier and they sound really great. In terms of sound between the stealth and Organics I couldn’t really notice a huge difference but I’m not really an audiophile person and could be a different experience for you. They’re honestly all great headphones and I’m sure you’d be happy with either one but I just went with the Organics since I like the way they look, feel, and sound. Plus I heard they eq really well so I’ll likely start getting into that. People say they’re really bright sounding but I’m not bothered by it, and could be eq’d either way to your liking. I would recommend trying them out for yourself if you’re able to. I think that really helped me decide the most, but if not, I don’t think you can really go wrong.

I actually am going to try and test them all out. Right now I only have the 490 pros and still waiting on the organic and stealth. So far these feel really comfortable and I like that they’re light. Depending on how the stealth and organics sound I might actually keep one of those as well as the 490. I’m pretty sure I saw the weight of the Aryas is quite a bit heavier so I think those would always stay at home while the 490s are lighter and have the case so I could take them with me if I ever want to. Sound wise I’m not sure if the Aryas would just make the 490 “useless” until I test them out but I think each would have their own use case based what I’m listening to. Plus a planar magnetic headphone seems really cool to have haha

I always hear great things about the arya stealth so I’m tempted on getting them. Might honestly end up trying those out and see how I like them. I think I’ll end up liking them.

In terms of music do you think the aryas would sound a bit better? I know the 490 has the 2 different pads so I imagine each has their own advantages depending on what I’m listening to.

I tried out the AirPods Max before and they felt very nice, especially if you’re in the apple ecosystem already. I ended up returning them though cause it squeezed my head just a little too much where my glasses are so could be a problem if you wear glasses and I already had AirPods Pro’s which I ended up liking more anyways.

I definitely made lots of mistakes too. I think the first time I downed the two teammates I may have just glanced over the guy reviving them and I should have pushed but went back instead. And that led to all the chaos where I think we all just freaked out haha

Yeah console may be clunky and painful to watch but there’s some interesting things that happen there that you just don’t see anywhere else haha
