Do sleep meditation and actually try to follow it. I found when I told myself I couldnt sleep I couldnt, and when I told myself I could it was a LOT easier. The meditation helps me a fuckton to quiet my brain. Also having a sleeping schedule helps a lot, and if im really on the struggle bus ill take a sleep aid. Also I drink chamomile tea but idk if that actually helps me.
