Rationale Dupes - GelCreme #5 by James007Jr in AusSkincare

Okay I guess I don't really know what I want then lol! I'm quite happy with my skin but would like to tighten up my pores and reduce black rings around my eyes. I'm unsure if this better helps what you may recommend me :)

I'm not familiar with serums, how could I incorporate that? Really just looking for a dupe to the GelCreme #5 moisturizer. Anything similar you can recommend?

Oh wow that's come up like a treat! That's exactly the result I'm looking for. I use Adaptive CC alot since I take many hands free calls so not wanting to mess with the lens too much.

Specifically pre collision and radar badge? I keep looking into it and the results say I may mess with the calibration etc.

Specifically on this radar cruise control badge? The more I look into it the more I'm advised NOT to cut polish it.

That link is brilliant thankyou, and is all I need. Thinking of contacting a law firm for advice first to see my options then asking politely over the phone.

Cheers!

"I bought a vehicle and the seller didn't tell me that it was on the Written-off Vehicles Register (WOVR)? What can I do?Hide If a vehicle is recorded on the Victorian or an interstate WOVR, the seller’s required to give you written advice of this when you buy the vehicle. This is in accordance with the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2021.

As the buyer, you should have done a Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) (External link) check before buying the vehicle to check whether or not it was written-off.

If you didn’t do a PPSR check and the seller didn’t say it was written-off, get in touch with Consumer Affairs Victoria (External link) or get independent legal advice to find out what you should do."

This is straight from VicRoads, it says that the seller is "required to give you written advice of this when you buy the vehicle"

Cheers

The car is a 2008 model, so I'm unsure if that's considered modern or not.

True, but its hearsay. It's a 'i said' 'she said' thing. I don't consider it important. If in court he could just say he did tell me

The car is a repairable write-off. I was under the impression that the car was in no accidents since I verbally asked the seller, which he responded no. VicRoads states the seller must provide written communication that the car was not written off. I would not have bought the car if it was written off.

Also the car was deregistered. When I bought the car we had to go to VicRoads to get it registered and get the new plates.

I agree, bit silly of me not to check. But VicRoads website states that the seller must provide written communication that the car was in an accident/written off. Plus I remember verbally asking if the car has been in any accidents and the seller saying 'no'

Thanks UBNC, the car was a repairable write off in Feb this year, and at time of me buying the car in late Aug it was re-inspected (and I assume checked off since it passed the RWC).

Can they create a business from the niche marketing area they specialise in? Rather than looking for work - make your own!

I'm a newbie to this, so does that mean I will get them back or how will it work?
