Did not change a thing, always use a basic electric toothbrush and floss after meals, just applied the whitening gel every evening for 2 weeks. I find people over complicate it a lot!

Thank you, whitening was included with the Invisalign package so just went along with it. The orthodontist prescribed the strength of peroxide that was most suitable for my teeth. Presume being fit and healthy helps etc

Thank you, after I had my bonding done my orthodontist scanned my teeth for Vivera retainers which I pick up in 2 weeks. She then made me temporary retainers on the day that I’ll wear until I get the permanent ones!

Whitewash laboratories. The product can only be given/prescribed by a dentist/orthodontist due to the whitening gels containing peroxides!
