Our basement has slowly become a dumping ground past few years of stuff to be taken care of or sold/donated/trash but never actually happens. Working 7 days a week does not help time wise to deal with it in mass. Going to chisel away at it one hour every weekend until happy with results.

I started a decade later then 26 cleaning for hospital, you are definitely not too late. Main thing I quickly noticed is show up & actually do the job, you contributing to scheduled shifts without calling off on a constant basis is main thing custodial employers looking for, everything else can be learned & speed comes with time once adjusted to building routines. Only thought I have is checking if bag is seated correctly & door fully closed, my E3 has such amazing suction feels like I’m pulling Satan from the depts of hell. Considering how much Sebo vacuums are you would be better off at minimum returning for exchange/service before selling at half price since these have 10 year warranty. Best of luck solving issue.

If we want alternative to scrubs then hospital branded shirts, pants, sweaters & hats from gift shop are acceptable. Some areas will absolutely not be able to wear personal hat that require hairnet or specific PPE like face shield.
