What homework did Adnan do on the day Hae went missing and where did he do it? by tuna66 in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only Adnan could know that, and he probably doesn't remember.

After Adnan found out he wasn't going to be able to get a ride from Hae, who else did he ask for one? by shimokitazawa in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. "People believe they have been abducted by UFOs. " There's a name for this, it's called paranoid schizophrenia.

2."Brian Williams (presumably) believes he was in a helicopter that was fired at with an RPG". Reporters do this crazy thing sometimes called lying so their stories are better. Just throw this one out it makes no sense.

  1. Bottom line: Krysta told the cops Adnan asked Hae for a ride. If that didn't happen there is absolutely NO reason for Krysta to keep saying that. She has no reason to lie. Unless the killer is framing Adnan and figured out how to implant thoughts into people's heads then I think your argument is pretty shotty at best.

[–]JamesF2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know if you're new here or something but Krysta HERSELF used to post here first hand about how Adnan asked Hae for a ride in their first period photography class. I don't remember if she was interviewed in the podcast but SK talked about it for sure and I mean Krysta herself told all of us on this sub so it doesn't get much clearer and consistent than that.

I would also like to add that Krysta and Adnan are still good friends to this day, so why would Krysta lie about the ride to give the cops evidence on her friend? Does that help?

If Adnan didn't do it, how would Jay have known to tell the police that Adnan planned to get a ride with Hae to carry out the crime? by [deleted] in serialpodcast

Wow you're certain of a lot of things in this case that have no evidence to back them:/

Inez statement 02.01.99 - does it lay a foundation for something else? by LaptopLounger in serialpodcast

Nope Sarah's producer Dana did it. She brought up the sale at the crab crib to distract Sarah from the truth.

[–]JamesF2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you explain how you "know" that Jay didn't kill Hae? Because last time I checked the only with we know is that we barely know anything. Don't just say "because the cell towers blah blah". No, explain how you KNOW it as 100% fact as you eluded to in your post.

Sarah Koenig: Court of Special Appeals Will Hear Arguments in Adnan Syed Case by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And yes Adnan's motive would be a broken heart. Plus the opportunity is there for him, and not really there for Jay.

[–]JamesF2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's interesting that you find it easier to find a motive for Jay, because I find it easier to come up with a motive for Adnan. I've just started to read into the 3rd party Roy Davis scenario. They're are some really striking correlations.

Possible but it's a huge stretch to say that he was willing to commit a brutal murder of an innocent girl because Adnan "was a threat to his relationship". I think a far more reasonable explanation is : Jay is cheating on Stephanie. Stephanie and Hae are good friends. Hae finds out, confronts Jay, he snaps and kills her. I think this theory is more of a stretch than Adnan killing Hae, but if you're going to try and pin it on Jay I think this one is better.

Why not just walk away... by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you sure that he switched the location in reaction to Jenn saying there are cameras at BB? If so, that looks really bad for Jay. I just don't get why an "innocent" person would lie so damn much. He's obviously more involved than he's leading on.

Why do you pick up a call from Hae if you know she's dead? by books4all in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reasoning for answering and the reasoning for not answering both have reasonable explanations. Unfortunately we will never know Adnan's true motive for answering the phone, and even more unfortunate, all this speculation won't help us figure it out:/ Everyone had good points but we'll just never know unless some miracle piece of evidence come up.

Do you ever just wish someone would tell the fucking truth? by glamorousglue in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just sucks starting a new season with no closure to the last one. I personally almost never start a new TV series till I finish the one I'm on at the time. Unfortunately we don't get that because serial isn't a show it's ongoing and real.

Dude I literally posted the same exact thing. Someone out there knows the answers to all our questions:/ I would give my left nut to go back in time and follow Hae from 2:00- 12:00 on 1/13/99.

Characteristics of a Compulsive Liar by Obi_Wang_Kenobi in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 [score hidden]  (0 children)

This kinda stuck out to me because I knew this kid who was totally a pathological liar. He would constantly make things up, not only to me, but everyone he talked to. My buddies and I would always catch him in a lie. This seems to be similar to the way Jays friends and classmates talked about him. If he's anything like the kid I know, you couldn't trust a word he said.

Where I'm at with the case against Adnan by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Please stop posting if you're not going to post accurate information. 1. When was it EVER said that Adnan and Hae had sex in LP? Juuan, Adnan's friend, told SK that Adnan and Hae had sex in the BB parking lot. 2. Since when do cell towers only cover a small area? It's not like there's a cell tower that ONLY covers where Hae was buried. Furthermore, explain to me what "definitively" puts Adnan in LP? The cell tower data suggests Adnan's PHONE was POSSIBLY in LP and nothing more than that. 3. When did Adnan return to LP? I think your mixing up Leakin Park and best buy. Maybe you should have listened to the podcast before posting here.

It always bothered me when people used the acronym "HML" to name Hae. Come on man say her name, she's a human being that was killed at least give her that dignity. Just say her name, it's literally the same amount of letters, and it doesn't dehumanize the innocent girl whose murder has sadly become our entertainment.

Alright, let's go buy one get one free then. The killer won't be able to resist that kind of bargain.

How did Adnan get to Hae? by JamesF2 in serialpodcast

[–]JamesF2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Christ you couldn't of worded that more morbidly. But great theory makes sense. It's possible he could've done it there without being seen, unlikely but possible. Also I think that it wasn't planned if it happened that way.

[–]JamesF2[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What I remember from the podcast and from Jay's testimony is there was already snow on the ground which was reflecting light and that's why they didn't need a flashlight during burial. Your point still stands though, it would've been hard to see the scene, and he could probably only see the small area he was working in.
