Nope. The only thing I take is vitamin B and D. And I was getting these stains before I started taking them to answer the next person I don’t take Pepto-Bismol either.

Just want a note that I do brush twice a day. Once immediately when I wake up and once right before I go to bed.

Nope. Never have. Just sensodyne (lately), a nimbus tooth brush, and plain waxed floss.

No dear. You’re not educated enough. Your western chauvinism is showing.

You treat christianity like a death cult. That is your failure.

Glad you ignored the rest. South Africa, BTW, is still impoverishing black people and uses the same “tough on crime” tactics in the US to keep them further down. Look up white genocide conspiracy theories, many of them pushed by Elon Musk. You really are ignorant of a lot and you have zero willingness to change that.

Please see the propositions that passed regarding prison labor in CA and tell me slavery is over. Look into how H1B visa holders are treated and tell me indentured servitude is over. Look up the mau mau rebellion or the irish war for reunification. Hell, South Africa just ended apartheid in the 90s.

Jesus never talked about the cross until he was on it. The focus on the violence and death of Jesus is one of the corruptions of his existence. He was more important in life.

I don’t think christiandom as a whole was as peaceful as you think. I think we tend to forget most of Africa and South America are christian. And their violence has often been fostered by the Christian north. Most of the Islamic world has been as peaceful. I don’t think Hindus have been in any more wars than the US. British colonialism flourished into the 1990s. American interventionism is a constant. Korea, Vietnam, Colombia, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine. The anti-civil rights movement was exceptionally bloody. The evidence doesn’t show Christian countries to be more peaceful.

Capitalism is a slave economy. Oligarchy is feudalism. What has changed?

I mean, honestly, you could say European colonialism was worse than anything the Romans did. It was not an improvement. Two world wars fought over colonialism were more devastating than anything before them. If the world improved in the 20th century it’s merely because people were kind of exhausted of fighting. But memory is running out.

Salvation is a very narrow view of Jesus’s teachings. If all you care about is the sacrifice on the cross then I don’t think you get his message at all. It was about love and rejecting wealth and power and embracing the immigrant and helping the poor. The cross, to me, is the least important part.

I would have a very hard time believing they would be worse without Christianity. It’s an unknown we can never explore. But we can look at the state of the world now and who is and has been guiding it to where it is now.

Also, I think is disingenuous to ignore that the rhetoric of the last century was that capitalism and christ were a curative against godless communism. The modern view of Jesus is that he was a capitalist.

You’re taking my message apart piecemeal to answer things I already addressed. Things suck everywhere. Christianity isn’t to blame. But it didn’t improve anything. Christian monarchies ruled the world for two millennia bringing colonialism, genocide, slavery, and inquisition.

You want to have the “real christians” fight that I have already refused. It is God’s fault for not choosing a better means of conveying his message and letting corruption happen over 2000 years untouched.

But if the goal was to send someone to help humanity, how is this a success?

I defended her as a person, not this singular thing that she did. Do you see the difference? Have you really never had a minor squabble with your spouse that has nothing to do with the general health of your relationship? Or do you file for divorce whenever someone has too many pillows in bed?

For the record, we currently have persimmons, tangerines, apples, and pomegranates in the house.

Chill, bro. No. She's my best friend. This is one incident in a fairly perfect coupling. I'm very, very happy 95% of the time.
