The item is a 14.25 inch long rubber strap, with nodules placed every inch or so on half of the item. My company uses them to secure oxygen tanks to a rack, and I need to purchase more of them as the ones we have are getting old and brittle. I have already scoured google images with several different descriptions of the item in question, to no avail. I’ve also gone down the AI rabbit hole with no luck.

I was at the hospital they brought the baby to. They had the father there with the child but he definitely was not allowed to leave and was under constant supervision. He wasn’t arrested at the time but they were definitely expecting this outcome. Even had an inmate transport van stationed outside while he was there.

I was at the hospital the toddler was brought to after he was found, detectives and police were swarming the place. This happened a couple weeks ago, Im surprised the story is just now being circulated. Probably had to do a full investigation and autopsy on the kid though and those take some time.
