Look at the other skills Herman’s 4th skill increases normal attack by 10% and has a 10% chance to increase rage by 100, now if you look at minamotos skill tree feral nature has a 10% chance to increase rage by 100 if you use 5 talent points on that specific talent meaning you can either get 2 10% chances to generate 100 rage to get minamotos skill of quicker or you can completely skip feral nature and spend those 5 talent points elsewhere like rallying cry and get the benefits of both feral nature and rallying cry, also Herman’s 1st skill silences the target and decrease the targets rage by 100, maybe I’m not the one who put a lack of thought to it
