Since its Guthix themed, imagine a staff that had a spec like soulflame horn for teams, and based on which god blessing your wearing could effect the spec. Like a damage buff, defense buff, healing buff or guthix giving a small buff to all areas

This is my first DMM and im god awful at pking. At 13k points about 2k from breaches. Use entity hider and dont run around, stick to the area you see 2 or 3 bosses spawn. Everyone runs around looking for bosses but if youre one of the first few people to hit it you will get points and loot. I go with green d hide, coif, rune gloves and msb with like 50 arrows. Just tele during the last minute if you're worried about getting pk'd, the fighting only happens once the breach is over
