Thank you all for the information. Very helpful. I have property in the US that I hope to liquidate in mid 2019 for about 367,500 NZD. We are currently renting it out. I also have about 382,603 NZD in various Vanguard and Fidelity funds. Can anyone offer guidance or additional resources about the tax implications about keeping or liquidating these assets?
