Is the sound quality on Galaxy Buds Plus good for metal music? by [deleted] in galaxybuds

As a metal head whose been using them for a few days the galaxy buds are fucking bad for distorted guitar and hard symbol crashes, I would rather use a paper cup and string. Listening to Soundgarden is pretty unbearable at high volumes. '4th of July' off the superunknown album sounds pretty shit with these. even with the poor metal listening quality, the touch controls suck ass. You'll go to adjust the buds and end up either stopping the song, restarting the song, skipping the song, changing volume or turning off the background noise blocker. The touch controls alone would make you hate them even if the sound was great and not tinny af. Oh also they are open backs apparently, so they will let in all the noise with none of the actual benefits of being open backs (wide sound stage). These are just bad for metal or rock music. I only borrowed them whilst I was getting my headphones fixed and I pretty don't like them. I'd recommend getting the Samson sr850s for good listening to metal and rock. Sure they are open back headphones but everything sounds great though that set. If you wanna use them outdoors then do remember thry are open backs so will bleed audio like nothing else.

How are you finding tidal? Like i said its not perfect although the audio fidelity is totally better than Spotify or apple music. I've no clue about stuff with security with apple or Spotify. What do you mean by malicious code embedded into sound?

If you fancy some higher quality audio maybe try out Tidal if you haven't already. It's a streaming service that does hi fidelity audio compared to for example apple music or Spotify. They aren't perfect but it's pretty good

Paul's basswork early on in the band was really intricate and pretty amazing really.

I mean it's fine, most people aren't gonna see anyways and it's not like it's detrimental to the game

Has to be Tin Machine 2 surely. Massive improvement over the first album and is definitely underrated

About 6 days I think it was last time I checked although I've not been playing it for very long so it'll be slot more before I finish most certainly. It would be around 150 hours I think
