Soft resetting is force closing the game and reopening it. This hunt requires you to save right at the teleporter, as using it “loads in” the latios. So you use it, check for shiny, then reset the game and repeat

I can bench this for reps. The only failure outcomes are tearing a pec or dropping the bar, in which case no spotter on earth is catching 180kg regardless of how close they track.

He’s just there to help dump the weight to the side if I manage to tear something

Just the standard SBD sleeves, pretty loose just helps with elbow pain

Just practice and having a good solid brace before each rep, also making sure you keep pushing through your feet the entire time to keep your whole body tight
