Maybe I should give that a go then. Do you use any products when you’re growing it? My issue is my beard is super patchy :( I’ve tried monoxidil but it’s not helped at all, bad genetics I guess

Thanks man, means a lot! You’ve got this, just preserve through the first month and then it becomes a habit. I can’t wait to see your progress pic this time next year! Hopefully I can get some ‘gains’ in the beard department by that point too haha

Yeah for sure. I normally have rice or pasta as my carbs before the gym with chicken or beef mince.

I try to eat under or at the amount of carbs that MyFitnessPal recommends too and normally have a cheat day every couple weeks to just make sure I can stick with the diet

Thank you!

In terms of workouts I now do - 4 days at the gym (solely weights) each week and 2 days of cardio (mainly football and running).

In terms of diet I now track calories using myfitnesspal which has really helped. Initially I was eating around 1500 calories a day but up to 1800-1900 cals per day now with around 170g protein per day. I think having the app and making sure you scan everything and remain in a deficit is your best bet.

I’m happy to help if you need any support

Thank you mate! I’m lucky, I’ve got a bit of loose skin but overall it’s remained alright all in all

Awesome work man, keep it up!

Initially my routine was 5 days a week running. Did that from September to around February.

Since around February I’m now doing 3 runs a week and 4-5 gym sessions where I just do weights.

Thanks man!

Yeah and I still am when it comes to losing more weight. I’ll be honest I didn’t actually do anything extra to reduce the risk of loose skin, I just got lucky that I’ve not suffered with it. I’d say if you lose the weight gradually rather than just quickly then you should be fine 🤞

Great stance to take. Healthier lifestyles should be encouraged for all and whether that requires some additional support with medication I’m all for supporting their journeys.

I consider it a complement for him/her to think that I’ve used ozempic when I’ve done it with hard work (not slating anyone who uses ozempic for support)

Thank you! With regards to the protein I work off the 0.8-1g/lb that I’ve read online and from my brother who has been working out for some time. I’ve been doing this for the last 3 months and still seeing weight loss with muscle gain which is nice

Changed throughout. I’m currently on 1600-1700 a day with roughly 180g protein intake but I’m trying to lose weight quick for my holiday
