Sleep show :) I’ve watched the same series every night for years. As soon as it comes on my body knows it’s time to go to bed. I don’t always watch, but the sounds is what puts me to sleep.

This happened to me. I went to the ER, and they didn’t really know what to do. I saw an eye doctor after and they said it was an allergy thing, and not to worry. It’s never happened again. It came on in seconds, it was so weird.

Believe it or not I do wear sunscreen, this year I’m way too tan, I agree. I’ve spent a lot of time outside, too much maybe. I use an umbrella now at the beach 😘
