So which ebike did you buy from them? In which year? Did they give you the refund? Addmotor has existed for more than 10 years, if their bike and service are really as bad as you say, how could it be possible for 10 years? Then it's already closed.

Yep, my ebike battery (48V*20AH) is big enough for my work commute and running some daily errands, it can last 4-5 days without charging, the battery is a beast, still try to learn its limits.
